We are very grateful to everybody who has taken the time to write us a review. We are also very proud to say that we have never had a bad review. This doesn't mean that things don't go wrong occasionally. Unfortunately used cars sometimes develop faults despite our best efforts. As you will see with one or two of our reviews, when things do go wrong we do everything we can to put them right with the minimum amount of inconvenience to our customers. Hi Found my current car a Mini Countryman on the internet for sale with Peter and Tony of Chevron Cars. Lovely gentlemen, great to deal with. Bought the car with a full years MOT certificate but unfortunatley unawares to them we ended up with an issue with the ABS sensor on the car within days of getting it, but Peter and Tony were more than acommodating and sorted the issue promptly as part of our warranty with no delay. I would highly recommed this company for quality of vehicles they have in stock, and also quality of service.

Very pleasant car buying experience. I was awaiting car insurance to come through before could buy a car, but whilst browsing online saw my perfect car. Chevron Cars let me put down a deposit and were prepared to hold the car for at least a week, but were prepared to negotiate if longer and kept in touch. In the meantime, they answered all my questions promptly. Once the insurance came through I was able to travel to Hull to view the car. I was collected from the station. I was allowed ample time to view the car and ask any questions. The deal went through smoothly and I drove away. The car meets all my expectations - so far. What can I say other than a first class and very enjoyable experience. Viewed the car ,test drove the car and the deal was done . The quality of service is obvious and I can say the best I've ever experienced. Peter and Tony both did their utmost to help and make sure everything was suitable for my needs ,spending time to discuss the vehicle in depth and giving me a very thorough run down of all the controls and features. During the prep stage a minor issue arrose but this was dealt with with a relevant part being replaced no question. As a first time buyer I was naturally anxious about dealing with pushy salesmen fobbing me off with rundown bangers as they could sense my inexperience a mile away. I'd almost given up hope when I came across chevron cars. The website stood out, each car had pictures as well as it's own video so you could see right around and inside out. From beginning to end my experience with Peter and Tony was outstanding, answering any questions or worries I had, nothing was too much. On arriving at the premises I was was put at ease immediately,greeted by a father and son team who let me take my time, explaining anything I didn't quite understand. you can tell they are devoted to their jobs, and not just out to line their pockets, wanting to give their customers the best experience possible. I have dealt with big dealerships in the past as well as smaller dealers but never have I felt that doing the right thing for me was more important than the sale to them. Communication was brilliant with Chevron Cars. They were not local to us, so we wanted to make sure the car was as good as it seemed in the ad. The video of the car posted in the ad was great for getting to see the car properly, but after speaking to them we were sold and I'm pleased to say we were not dissapointed after our 4 hour trip. Chevron cars made sure the car was ready for collection and the transaction was smooth and easy. Chevron Cars is the kind of small dealer, you rarely find nowadays. We travelled to Hull to view a BMW X3. When we arrived the car gleamed, we had a long chat with the lovely father and son Peter and Tony who run this business and decided to buy the car. We traded in our VW Tiguan & was told they would be in touch as soon as our new car was ready. Two days later it had a full MOT so we agreed to swap over the cars that weekend. When we arrived the second time, our new car was finished to show room perfection & after an easy & pleasant swap over of documents, arranging new tax etc we took our new car home. Once home I realised I had left some pound coins and change in a little compartment & not only did they refund me a months tax that they had inadvertently overlooked swapping over, they included my hidden money. Now that is what I call absolutely FIRST CLASS customer service which in this day and age is sadly lacking. If you are looking for a nice car try them - we couldn't fault them at all.

Went to look at ford focus as me and my wife needed a family car very pleased with the buying experience,we agreed to pick car up the following week after the focus came back from garage for some maintaince work was over the moon when we picked car up.On the same day the engine light came on contacted seller who aplogised and offered to get the problem fixed,this did take some time to get sorted but eventually we got there car was deliverd back with choclates as an apolgy for the inconvience.I am very pleased with the car and know that everything was done to get me back on road asap i would definetley recommend buying from cheveron cars and i would buy from them again as they was very pleasant and honest.

It had been 13 years since I last bought a car so Peter was very helpful in talking me through the process, taking the stress out of it. They had the car I wanted at the right spec and the right price and a reasonable deposit secured the car until I could come to test drive and pay for it. When I arrived, the car had been immaculately prepared. It felt just like a new car aside from the odometer reading!

The car was exactly as described in the advert. Tony was very helpful during the test drive as I was going from a petrol manual to a hybrid. He was very patient in answering all my all questions when I was poking about all over the car. He also answered any questions I had after I had driven the car home. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I've been driving the car for about a fortnight and its been great.
