We are very grateful to everybody who has taken the time to write us a review. We are also very proud to say that we have never had a bad review. This doesn't mean that things don't go wrong occasionally. Unfortunately used cars sometimes develop faults despite our best efforts. As you will see with one or two of our reviews, when things do go wrong we do everything we can to put them right with the minimum amount of inconvenience to our customers. After all, we want people to buy from us again and recommend us to their friends and family.

Having read the reviews to this garage I decided to drive over 4 hours to purchase a car from them. I paid a holding fee and drove up a few weeks later, there was no pressure to purchase. I test drove the car and loved it, transferred the balance, paid for extended warranty as the tax was being done online as I confirmed insurance. These chaps were outstanding all the way through this purchase would I buy from this garage again...YES is the answer. Outstanding service.

Excellent customer service. The car was exactly as advertised. Tony went above and beyond to accommodate me. Starting with coming back early from a weekend away to show me the car, to sorting out an overdue recall issue before I collected it. He even picked me up from the station on the day I collected it! As a first time buyer I was naturally anxious about dealing with pushy salesmen fobbing me off with rundown bangers as they could sense my inexperience a mile away. I'd almost given up hope when I came across chevron cars. The website stood out, each car had pictures as well as it's own video so you could see right around and inside out. From beginning to end my experience with Peter and Tony was outstanding, answering any questions or worries I had, nothing was too much. On arriving at the premises I was was put at ease immediately,greeted by a father and son team who let me take my time, explaining anything I didn't quite understand. you can tell they are devoted to their jobs, and not just out to line their pockets, wanting to give their customers the best experience possible. The car was immaculate having the wow factor. I never felt pushed into buying or rushed. I cannot thank them enough and if ever I need a car in the future this is the only place I will go to. Hi Found my current car a Mini Countryman on the internet for sale with Peter and Tony of Chevron Cars. Lovely gentlemen, great to deal with. Bought the car with a full years MOT certificate but unfortunatley unawares to them we ended up with an issue with the ABS sensor on the car within days of getting it, but Peter and Tony were more than acommodating and sorted the issue promptly as part of our warranty with no delay. I would highly recommed this company for quality of vehicles they have in stock, and also quality of service.
